Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile pots or glass terrariums are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please note that live plants may require expedited shipping.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
